SWM support Amanda's Para Agility World Cup fundraising

📷

Amanda Smith joined SWM through the Re-Work Initiative and is a valued colleague at our South Molton Transfer Station. Amanda who suffers with psoriatic arthritis, rescued Garice-Mae a four year old bearded collie cross kelpie and they have now been given the opportunity to represent Great Britain at the Para Agility World Cup near Milan in September. Agility involves doing a set course of jumps, tunnels, weaves, a tyre and A-frame and a dog walk and seesaw in a set time. Amanda has been competing in agility for 20 years with five different dogs but has never done a competition like the world cup before, she said "To be given the opportunity to represent my country is the highest honour there could possibly be". Amanda is aiming to raise £1500 and SWM are keen to support her. If you would like to make a donation please email asmith515@btinternet.com.
