SWM are proud to have supported Lampard Community School and to have had an opportunity to conduct mock-interviews with their students.
Whilst challenging and no doubt nerve wracking, the students rose to the occasion and did well. Some needed a little extra help to gain the confidence they needed and SWM were pleased to be able to offer support and encouragement to ensure that every student had the same experience/ opportunity as their peers.
The positivity and confidence that poured from all of the students after their interviews was overwhelming and made the whole event worthwhile.
SWM were able to be positive with their suggestions on helping the school out with work experience and look forward to working with Lampard again.
