We are pleased to announce that our HR Manger Julie Brown has recently graduated and gained the CIPD Certificate in Human Resource Management Level 5.
During an intensive 12 months Julie studied modules on Employment Law, Employee Relations, Organizational Design, Change Management and effective management of the HR function. The programme was assessed through a combination of assignments and presentations which involved a considerable amount of hard work and long hours of study on Julie’s part.
We are justifiably proud of Julie’s achievement and look forward to working with her during the coming months and years as she helps and lead others in our organisation work towards their own individual development goals.
